If you are having problems with the main player links on the site, make sure the player you're trying to use is installed on your computer!
These are the different players available for download:

*** NOTE: This mini-tutorial uses Windows Media Player as the default player! ***

Internet Explorer Users: Make sure that your Windows Media Player settings are set to play streaming audio files
  1. With Windows Media Player open, click on "Tools" at the top and then select "Options"
  2. Click on the "File Types" tab and make sure that the "Windows Media File (asf)" is checked (see Figure 1A)

  1. Click on "Apply" and then "OK"
  2. With Internet Explorer open, go to "Tools" from the top menu and select "Internet Options"
  3. Delete all "Browsing History" (offline content, cookies, temporary internet files) and refresh the site


Mozilla Firefox Users:

  1. Open Firefox. Click on "Tools" and then "Options" (Figure 2A)
  2. Click on the "Content" tab.

  1. Click on the "Manage..." button in the lower right side to see this window (Figure 2B)

  1. Scroll down and look for the extension "asx" and highlight it. Make sure under "Action" it's set to "Open with Windows Media Player." If it's not, Click on "Change Action" and you'll see this... (Figure 2C)

  1. If it's not set to "Open with Windows Media Player" browse for the correct player for that file extension and click "OK"
  2. Clear out all your temporary files and cookies, then refresh the website and try windows media player.
